Injection molding process

The injection process is applied for inter-molding and over-molding of Capsule Slip Ring & Miniature Slip Ring assemblies.

JARCH‘s laboratories are dedicated for design verification, incoming material inspection, manufacturing process monitoring and failure analysis. The test capability includes mechanical, Electrical and environmental tests for functions and reliability of all the products.

Withstand voltage tester 

We use Insulation Tester to test every circiut.

The instrument capacity is as below:

1 . output hight voltage ac 0 to 5kv 
2 .Leakage current ac 2 or 20mA two range

Dynamic noise testing

We use DC low resistance tester to test electrical Noise.Every Circiut of the dynamic noise will less than

0.01Ω.

The instrument capacity is as below:

1.Measuring range :0ohm -2k ohm 
2.The maximum current is10A 
3.Parameter: DC Resistance 
4.Test basis accuracy 0.1%,the minimum resolution is 10μΩ.

Plating Analyser

The instrument is used for plating thickness measurement. It can detect the thicknesses of 5 different layers of plated metals at the same time. The accuracy can reach 0.01 micro-inch.  JARCH uses this instrument to control the plating quality of gold, silver, nickel, tin and ternary alloy applied to the conductor rings and brush.

Dimensions Measurement

JARCH uses this device to control the dimensions of the components, during manufacturing of  slip ring.
