Copper nickel alloy wire is a type of wire made from a combination of copper and nickel.
This type of wire is known for its high resistance to corrosion and
its ability to withstand high temperatures.
It is commonly used in applications where these properties are
important, such as in marine environments, electrical wiring, and
heating systems. The specific properties of copper nickel alloy
wire can vary depending on the exact composition of the alloy, but
it is generally considered to be a durable and reliable material
for a wide range of applications.
CuNi2Si - UNS.C64700/C70250 Nickel Silicon Bronze Alloys, which is an age-hardening alloy,
higher alloyed in comparison with CuNi1.5Si, for current-carrying
formed parts. It has an a-structure with very fine precipitations
and recommends itself both for lead frames which require a high
rigidity of the pins and for connector with high demands on the
electrical conductivity, strength and relaxation behavior. In
addition, the CuNi2Si can also be used for current-carrying formed
parts and contact springs due to its good fatigue strength, forming
and spring properties.
Application for C64700/C70250 Nickel Silicon Bronze Alloys:
Electrical : Resistance Welding Electrodes, Motor Rotor Bar, And Resistance
Welding Tips.
Fastener : Fastener parts
Industrial : Brazing Rod, Welding Rod
