How does the Ultrasonic Transducer Box works?
The application principle of Ultrasonic Transducer Box is that the
high-frequency vibration signal emitted by the ultrasonic generator
is converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration through the
converter and propagated into the medium. The flow of liquid
creates tens of thousands of small air bubbles. Small air bubbles
(cavitation nuclei) in the liquid vibrate under the action of the
sound field. When the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the
bubble grows rapidly and then closes quickly, making the bubble
close. When the shock wave is generated, thousands of atmospheres
of pressure are created around it, destroying the insoluble dirt
and dispersing it in the cleaning fluid. When the group of
particles is wrapped by oil and attached to the surface of the
cleaning part, the oil is emulsified and the solid particles are
separated, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the surface of
the cleaning part.
Application
1. Car service: Flushing carburetors, injectors, injectors, fuel
filter mesh cleaning (petrol), individual parts, assemblies, and
entire blocks.
2. Medicine: Washing and polishing of optics, sterilization and
cleaning of surgical instruments, vials, dental and
pharmaceutical industries; cleaner reusable, molds.
3. Engineering: Cleaning of parts, pipes, wires, etc. before
finishing, machining parts and components to the preservation,
processing of parts after reopening, welding, grinding, polishing,
cleaning strainers in the fuel and hydraulic systems,
deburring parts.
4. Instrumentation: Washing and polishing of optics, precision
mechanics components, integrated circuits and printed circuit
boards.
