The polyester fiber acoustic panels effectively absorb any sound waves. The material satisfies the highest requirements of customers. It is made of 100% PET fibers. The panels are produced by technology of hot pressing to cotton shape.  The wide range of colors gives the opportunity to implement a variety of design solutions.

Feature:

1. Sound absorption property

Polyester fiber panel's sound absorption coefficient increases with the sound frequency. The sound absorption coefficient can reach 0.8~1.1. It is a sound deadening material of high performance.

2. Physical property

Polyester fiber panel is sound-absorbing, thermal-insulating, elastic, wear-resistant, impact-resistant, and hard to tear.

3. Decorative property

Polyester fiber panel has excellent decorative effect. We offer more than 20 colors for your choices. You can also cut the panel into any shape in your favor.

Installing:

We mainly use glue such as spray glue, hot melt adhesive, white glue, glass glue, etc. (according to different surface) to stick acoustic panels onto the wall. For flat cement wall, you may install the boards directly with white glue and gun nail, which is glue-saving and time-saving. Pasting sing-side glue on the based surface is strongly suggested as well as layering process.

1.Before installation ,pls select the color first because there is a little color difference with different production lots.

2.Use steel ruler or alloy steel ruler to cut the board so that the cutting line will be straight.Slop the blade inside by 0.5-1mm when cutting so that it can joint the board easily and reduce the gap between pieces.Do not use the wood or soft material as the ruler to cut the board.

3.Disposal of the baseboard:

a.)Baseboard without holes:use glue paper to cover the joint gap

b.)Baseboard with holes:use the thin plastic film to close the holes

4.Choosing of the glue:

a.)Concrete or wood base:we can use non-benzene all -purpose adhesive or white latex

b.)Gypsum board base :in dry area,we can use the white latex or wall paper glue which is made of fabric;in damp area,we can use all-purpose adhesive.(use the grain nail to fasten the board so that it will not move when the glue is wet)

5.Installation:

Polyester acoustic panel which is open cell structure can absorb the glue easily, spread the glue (single surface spread)only on the wall (pls spread more than usual).Use the grain nail to fasten the board.

6.Disposal of angle

Polyester acoustic panel can be cut with angle easily.
