• This type of production line is consists of a hydrapulper system, semi automatic forming machines, and auxiliary equipments.
• Take clean virgin paper as raw material, such bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, straw pulp, reed pulp and etc.
• The forming machine complete the forming, drying and hot-press shaping procedures, but needs labor transfer.
• Application: Compostable tableware, food trays, cup holder, simple industrial package, etc.

• Can match a auto robot arm, transfer products and edge cutting automatically, which helps to save labor cost and improve efficiency.

How the Production Line Works:

Pulping System: Turn clean virgin paper into pulp of certain consistency. Main equipment: hydrapulper, pulp tanks, water tank, pulp pump, water pump, agitator, etc.

Forming and Drying System: When adjusting the pulp consistency, the pulp will go to the forming machine. Products will be formed on the moulds. Then needs labor to transfer products on heating hot press moulds.

Vacuum System: Supply vacuum for forming machine.

Air Compressor System: Supply compressed air for forming machine.

Cutting System(Edge Trimming Machine): Cutting the extra edges of products, to get more compact and neat edge.

Disinfect System: UV or microwave disfect, then go to package.
