Machine introduction

HAST, or High Accelerated Stress Test, is a test method that accelerates product ageing by subjecting samples to high temperatures, high humidity, and high pressure. It is widely used in industries such as PCBs, IC semiconductors, connectors, circuit boards, magnetic materials, polymer materials, EVA, and photovoltaic components to conduct accelerated ageing life tests on related products. This test is used to evaluate product sealing, moisture absorption, and ageing performance.

Controller Software	7 "TFT true-color LCD touch screen, direct touch option on the screen. The set (SV) and actual (PV) values are displayed directly. Condition for Machine	The user guarantees the following conditions.

Environment	The operation should be carried out in a well-ventilated environment. Temperature: 5℃ to 30℃ Relative humidity: ≤85% Air pressure: 86kPa to 106kPa.
Power condition	AC220V, power fluctuation shall not exceed ±10%, 50/60Hz It is required that the user configure the corresponding capacity air or power switch for the equipment at the installation site, and this switch must be independently used for this equipment.
Requirements for storage environment	When the equipment is not in operation, the ambient temperature should be maintained within 0℃ to +45℃. When the ambient temperature is below 0℃, the remaining water in the equipment should be drained completely to prevent the water in the pipes from freezing and damaging the pipes.
