in general:

PE1602 HD Network Decoder can decode the compressed video data from ONVIF camera or H.264 platform software and output to HD monitor & HD LCD equipment. by keyboard controller and net client software to achieve video calling of IP camera, its display methods such as split,   plan calls, including alarm linkage output. It could be independent device to decode and output video directly.
