Product Description:1. Hydraulic welding rotators adjust by oil cylinder for serveral
single pipes welding together. 2. Fit up welding rotator with jacking system up / down by wireless
hand control during butt welding. 3. Horizontal adjust fit up welding rotators also available for
butt welding. 4. Fit up welding rotators with hydraulic jacking system but only
idler turning. 5. Using together with self aligning welding rotator or
conventional welding rotators together. 6. Hydraulic welding rotator with jacking system,fit up welding
rotators with wireless hand control. Features:1. Both drive rolls are powered by a heavy duty direct gear drive
and brake motor. 2. All of the gears and bearings are fully sealed and lubricated
for long life and safety. 3. Both the drive and idler rolls are heavy duty iron core with
extra thick urethane for long life and traction. 4.The rolls will not mar or scratch materials such as stainless
steel or aluminum. Technical Parameters:
Applications:1. For pipe support and turning for auto seam welding. 2. To make wind tower. 3. For auto circle seam welding. 4. Chemical & fuel storage tank fabrication Support and Services:1. We provide 12month guaranty period for the whole machine
quality. 2. During this time, any issue proved because of the machine flaw
itself,we would take the whole responsibility of it. 3. Except of the guaranty period,technical advisory support is
available freely covering the whole using life of the machine. 4. Engineer service on user premises is also available for
necessary. Packing and Shipping:1. The Fit Up Welding Rotator will be carefully wrapped in a
protective layer of bubble wrap. 2. The machine will then be placed in a double-walled cardboard
box, filled with a cushioning material. 3. The box will then be sealed and labeled for shipping. 4. The package will then be securely loaded onto a pallet and
shrink-wrapped for further protection and stability during transit. 5. Seaway is the most common transportation way for oversea
trading. 6. Depends on your location, combined transport by rail and sea is
also an option. 7. Certainly railway transportation is also acceptable if it is the
most suitable approach.
