Application Scope:

Steel tube tower mainly use between high voltage transmission lines, with lightning rod hanging place on top, bolt connecting tower body with cross arm which has wires hanging place. The intersecting surface of tower is oblong, and the intersection surface macroaxis of tower and cross arm is 0 to 90 degree angle. In practical application, raw material can be saved of shorten the circumference of intersection surface by bearing the max bending moment of oblong intersection surface macroaxis.

Packaging&Shipping:

* Covered by Plastic Wrap or Mat or according to client's requests.
* The Loading Pcs of Each Container could be calculated according to client's specification and data.

Manufacturing:

Raw material: Q235 or Q355 in China. We get the raw material checked in our lab test room. Silicon less than2%. We have carbon and sulfur analyzer to check the elements of the steel sheet. We'll return the steel if they are unqualified. So in this way, we can control the quality of the steel poles from the first beginning.
 
Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with the best quality.
 
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
