JSHG has 2 digital control producing lines of straight seam steel tubular pole, 1 digital control producing line of angel steel, 2 production lines of plate unrolling and flatting, 3 digital control flame & plasma cutting machines, 4 production lines of submerged arc welding machines, 16 heavy-duty lifting machines as wellas other advanced equipments.

All these are of high automatic and accuracy, through which the company realize advance design and technology, high speed production and products serialization as well as effective combination of  the production lines.

Besides,it processes professional physical and chemical inspection lab and is equipped with X-ray detection system, ultrasonic detection system, screen display universal testing machine,photoelectric emission spectrum analyzer, as well as carbon and sulfur microcoputer analyzer etc.

Meanwhile, it has formed a scientific and strict qulity mangement system, which effectively and strictly guarantees the quality control of products form raw material to finished products.

Through close communication and explorations, our company took in advanced design concept, introducing domestic and foreign first-class design software, and attracting high-quality personnel.

In the R&D Department, there are many experienced senior research & design staff and rigid development network, which ensure our design proposals meet customer demand, even exceed their expectations.

Since the establishment, JSHG have put forward thousands of conical pole design proposals covering several industries and fields, such as power transmission industry, telecommunication industry, lighting industry, etc, which provides complete and strong technical support and service assurance.

There are 198 staff in our company from whom formed  a professional team with abundant technical strength. 

15%  have banchelor degree or above, 30% have passed mid-level technician examination. All the technician operators have more than 5 years in welding field and they also participate in related professional  training programs.

 There are 16 engineers in our R&D Department. The manager and chief engineers in these departments have the degree of  mechanical related. Moreover, they had been working in a well-known steel pole factory with different positions, such as fabricator, quality inspector, chief designer, for nearly 10 years.

We also have a strong Marketing & Sevice team who take responsible for comprehensive sales service presale, in sale and after sale. They have ability to deal with all emergency and installation problems.
