Product Description:

platform. Generally telecommunication tower is connected with inner

ladder is fixed to the handrail of platform. Telecommunication
tower is characterized by the ladder and feeders which are
installed inside the tower body. Protected from the wind and rain
and other natural environmental destructive factors, it is
convenient for maintenance and long-life use.

Application Scope:
The communication tower is composed of steel components such as
tower body, platform, lightning rod, ladder, antenna support, etc.,
and is treated by hot-dip galvanizing and anti-corrosion treatment.
It is mainly used for transmission and transmission of microwave,
ultrashort wave and wireless network signals.
Manufacturing:
Raw material: Q235 or Q345 in China. We get the raw material
checked in our lab test room. Silicon less than2%. We have carbon
and sulfur analyzer to check the elements of the steel sheet. We'll
return the steel if they are unqualified. So in this way, we can
control the quality of the steel poles from the first beginning.
Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including
bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears
machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All
insure us to produce steel poles with the best quality.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming,
automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before
galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we
get poles checked according to client's requirements.
