1. Product Description

Product thickness: 30mm-80mm and 50mm-100mm, two types.
Productivity: 800-1500 square meters per day.
Low site requirements: indoor / outdoor production, 800-1000 square
meters’ manufacturing site area (excluding storage site).
Equipment composition: raw material feeding mechanism, sewing
mechanism, product outputting mechanism, cutting mechanism and automatic
control system, 5 parts in total.

2. Raw material and cost analysis

The product is formed with crushed crop straw or sawdust and some inorganic

chemical materials at one time after roller-extruding. The source of raw materials
