Product Overview
This CE certified high frequency resistance sink seam welding
machine uses roller electrodes instead of cylindrical spot welding
electrodes. The welded workpiece moves between the rollers to
produce a sealed weld with overlapping molten cores, effectively
joining the stainless steel sheets into an airtight sink bowl.
Key Features
- High Frequency Resistance Welding: HFW technology concentrates heat exactly at the seam for fast,
efficient and repeatable welds.
- Roller Electrode Seam Welding: Continuously rotating roller electrodes create an uninterrupted
overlapping molten core along the seam.
- CE Certified Construction: Machine complies with CE and CCC standards and is built to ISO
9001 quality management requirements.
- Stainless Steel Compatible: Optimized for SS304 and SS316 with sheet thickness from 0.8 mm to
2.0 mm.
- Airtight and Leakproof: Produces a fully sealed joint that withstands standard water and
air leak testing.
