The seam (roll) welding special machine is the evolution of spot welder. It uses the roller electrode to replace the cylindrical electrode of spot welding and as the welding work piece moves between the rolling plates, the seal welding will generate weld nuggets which will overlap with each other so as to achieve welding effect. We adopts the AC converter type seam welding system with easy operation and stable welding. It can solve the disadvantages of the normal AC and MFDC welding power source.

• Welding control system: intelligent HS-ACI900 AC frequency conversion controller, full digital touch screen display, the operation interface is simple, clear and convenient.
• Its UNIQUE automatic detection functions will do compensation and the machine will not work if the current does not reach the set current value. It effectively prevent the bad phenomenon of loose welding, or bad welding. 
• Application scope: welding low carbon steel, high strength steel, plated steel plate, stainless steel plate, heat resistant alloy, copper, aluminum and its alloy, can also welding titanium, niobium, zirconium and other rare metals and multi-layer steel plate, widely used in automotive, aviation, aerospace, atomic energy and radio industries.
• Welding pressure mechanism: the high quality pressure cylinder is used to drive the welding wheel pressure, welding pressure is adjusted by air combination. It can adapt to different thickness sheet metal by directly adjust the setting. Pressure is more accurate. More convenient operation.
• Easy to dismantle, install and maintain the whole machine and electrode. The signs of circuit, air circuit and water way are clear and explicit. The arrangement of wire is in order and good looking
