DESCRIPTION

The machine is designed as automatic welding, automatic rotating and automatic discharging. Only need to change the fixtures then the machine can achieve welding different products.
 
The main welding part is equipped with automatic rotating device. The operator only needs to put the work piece onto the rotary device, 4 work pieces at most for one time. Then start “welding”, the main welding body will conduct welding. 
 
The AT series spot welder is used in soft steel plate, thread plate and stainless steel etc in industrial production widely. If you grasp welding time and current well, you can weld most of the nonferrous metal.
 
MATERIAL CONFIGURATION

1. The main transformer adopts import high quality silicon steel slice iron core, it's little lose power and small current of no loading. 

2. The exterior adopts box structure, pressure transfer adopts lever tread type spring pressure structure, it is convenient to regulate , operate and maintain.

3. The main circuit of welder adopts silicon-controlled contactless switch, it can be turn off quickly and credibly, the welding timing is exact, the welding precision is high and the repeatability is well, It can realize high quality welding.
