DESCRIPTION

This machine adopts spot welding with 90KVA power. Use automatic mobile feeder to fix the work piece. According to the preset moving distance, the machine will do welding while the feeder moves automatically. The total length of the feeder is 16400mm while the width is 300 mm. Adopt servo motor mobile methods. The moving distance could be adjusted according to your requirement.

WORKING PROCESS

The work piece will be put into the feeder manually or by lifting machine. The work piece will be stacked up according to requirement. Before start, there is one locating check block for fixing the front-end of the product in orderliness. Then, start locating fixing cylinder. The locating fixture under the hole of the product will rise up to fix the inner hole of the product. At last, the side pressing cylinder will press the upper and lower work pieces to complete the whole fixing of product; Afterwards, start welding program to finish the first spot welding. Then the servo motor will move forward according to the preset data; The machine will keep cycle working and it will stop when finishing the last spot welding; After welding process, the locating check block cylinder, hole fixing cylinder and side pressing cylinder will reset. You may take out the work piece manually or by lifting machine. The whole welding process of the product is done.

Compared with the normal AC controller, MF controller has the following advantages:

1. The current in secondary welding loop is DC. Dramatically reduce the impact to the welding current due to the inductive reactance in secondary loop when conducting welding to the work piece.

2. The weight of transformer is reduced greatly. It is light and convenient. The weight and size of the MF transformer is only 1/3 of the AC type transformer. Suitable for robot welding system.
