When the residual energy is 0 or the allowable overdraft that both sides agreed, this meter will send out power-off signal to have load switch cut off power. The power will be recovered automatically after inputting new purchased energy amount.

Any illegal intrusion will trigger visual and audio alarm and the inside contactor will disconnect the load if the user will not compromise within preset time period. The tamper will be recorded with a time stamp within meters' non-volatile memory as proof for future data collection.
