Designing, developing and manufacturing a new meter is a demanding and competitive business. Calin is dedicated to provide professional Manufacturing Service and Solutions to customers, including SMT, PCBA, ASSY and Testing.

Conventional OEM/ODM just designs and manufactures, responding passively to customer-defined specification and existing demands. Calin's service  defines specifications for you and proactively provides you with ideas, and we also work with you to fulfill future demands. Our complete  service includes 7 stages. Starting from the S0 stage with market research and intelligence to help you formulate the product concept, we then bring the project alive with a project kick-off. The research and development, design, quality verification, testing, and eventually pilot production run of the product would follow soon afterwards. Finally, when pilot run has proved to be successful, we would start volume production and shipment to clients. Where it differs from traditional OEM services, is that Zhongcheng's service does not stop here: rather we continue to help the client with product life-cycle management and improve upon the existing product to keep our clients at the cutting edge of innovation.

And Calin has a complete manufacturing facility built with modern ISO standards situated in Longhua District of Shenzhen city as Shenzhen Calinmeter Co., Ltd. It is a production and calibration line of 6 SMT lines, 6 calibration lines, 2 assembly lines, 2 aging rooms, 1 laboratory and 1 warehouse. Its annual production capacity is 1,500,000 pcs single phase and 700,000 pcs three phase energy meters.
