1. Cooling room: to be used after entering the storehouse to refrigerate or must
first to pass through the precooling freezes to normal temperature
food,carries on cooling or the precooling. The processing cycle is
generally 12-24 hours ,after the product precooling the temperature
gererally to 4°C. 2. Freezing room: to be used for food which needs to freeze to -15~-18 °C from
normal temperature or cooled conditions. Usually suitable for
fish,chicken,beef and so on. 3. Chilled food storage room: also called high temperature cold room, mainly used in storing
foods and so on fresh egg. fruit and vegetable, cold room
temperature 2-5 °C . 4. Frozen food storage room: also called low temperature cold room, mainly used to store the
food after freezing process, like frozen meat, frozen fruits and
vegetables ,frozen fish and so on. Cold room temperature -15~-18 °C
. The precise control and adjustment of temperature enables the
customers to achieve the utmost efficiency and benefits.
The polyurethane cold plate is process by mold high pressure foam
,with a certain standard size ,the width of the cold plate regards
295.3 as the modulus, the length of the cold plate not more than 12
meters, non-standard sizes can be customized ,the price is extra. All panels are made tongue and groove edges and are locked together
with cam lock fasteners, which can be unscrewed easily with a
hexagon.

Cold storage control box ust a start press, you can control the system automatically, without man-made operation. When the room temperature cools to lower limit of the set temperature, the compressor and air cooled will stop to work automatically; when the room temperature rises to uper limit of the set temperature , the compressor and air cooled will start to work automatically.
