CBFI Quality Management Department is an important control method for processing quality. It equipped with the most advanced inspection equipments The professional control devices,it can provide accurate reference data to choose the most suitable material and accessories, which also effectively control parts quality. Besides, it also provides digital information for engineers and quality controller to determine feasibility for spare parts after processing.
This is the working processing of quality control.
Chooing steady quality supplier. After purchasing raw material, duing testing if it is proved well, then we will arrange these eligible matrial that come into warehouse.
When the machine finish fixing and come into testing working conditon. Every worker will be responsible for their equipment. They will give out fact testing date and results.After proving testing date is accord with delivery standard. Then CBFI Quality Management Department will allow these equipment that go to packing department and waiting for cleaning and packing.
Before delivery, CBFI Quality Management Department should check all mark and packing conditon. If it is prove it is accord with exporting standard and customer's requirement. Then they will allow these equipment come into fininshed product area.
Of course CBFI Quality Management Department have the right to make sample testing for every production step to make sure product quality.
