JBZ-DW100 is designed to produce double wall cups with stable production speed 80-120pcs/min. It’s working from paper blank pile, with ultrasonic system / hot melt gluing for side sealing and cold glue / hot melt gluing system for sealing between out-layer sleeve and inner cup.Double wall cup type can be double wall paper cups (both hollow double wall cups and ripple type double wall cups)or combine / hybrid cups with plastic inner cup and out-layer paper sleeves.

Hot Melt System:
It's an option, use for paper materials such as white cardboard paper ripple paper (corrugated paper) without glue.

Bottom folding and knurling two processes:

In the first step,the bottom of the sleeve is pre-folded by the mould to improve the forming strength of the hollow sleeve.
The second bottom knurling process is stabilized by knurling motor knurling.
