CYC E-Glass Fiberglass Stitched Quad-axial Fabric
CYC Fiberglass Quad-axial Fabric is made of E-Glass roving which is paralleled along 0°/ +45°/90°/-45° directions and stitched together by polyester yarn. The directions can be adjusted between ±20° and ±90°. Chopped strand mat and non-woven fabric (polyester veil, fiberglass veil and carbon fiber veil) is available to be selected to stitched together. Quad-axial fabrics are compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resin. It is designed for pultrusion, filament winding, hand lay-up, vacuum infusion processes. They are widely used in wind blades, shipbuilding, FRP pipes and tanks, marine panels, sports goods, truck panels, automobiles industries etc.

PACKAGING: Each roll of CYC Fiberglass Quad-axial Fabric is wrapped with plastic bag and packed in individual carton box. 16 cartons per pallet or 12 cartons per pallet. The package can be loaded into contianer directly or by pallets.
STORAGE: Unless otherwise specified, CYC Fiberglass Quad-axial Fabric shuold be stored in a dry, cool and water-proof place with its original packaging. The recommended conditions are at temperatures from 15°C to 35°C and humidity between 35% and 65%. To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than 2 layers , without pallet should not be stacked more than 4 layers.
