CS HFW Fin Tube ASME SA106 Gr.B HVAC System Heat Transfer
Efficiency
What is HFW Fin Tube?
High-frequency welded finned tube is to increase the external
surface area (or internal surface area) of the heat exchanger tube
by adding fins to the surface of the heat exchanger tube, so that
the purpose of heat transfer efficiency is achieved. High-frequency
welded finned tube, welding speed is relatively fast, has a strong
self-cooling effect, and the heat-affected zone is small, but also
not easy to produce oxidation, the structure and characteristics of
the welded seam is very good. The finned tube has good
anti-corrosion characteristics, wear resistance, long service life
and high stability.
Characteristic of HFW Fin tube
1. It is made of high-frequency electric current, it is a kind
of heat exchanging element, which is a kind of heat dissipation
tube to improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the radiator by
adding finned tube on the base tube radiator. High-frequency welded
finned tube is a kind of end device of the heating system, with
high heat dissipation efficiency and excellent heating effect.
2. They are widely used in boilers in thermal power plants, coal
economizers in industry, and hot air systems in many fields.
High-frequency welded finned tube usually adopts low carbon steel
as the main raw material, if in some more humid environment and
complex places, the surface of the finned tube will be galvanized
treatment.
3. They applied in a large area of the environment, the heat
demand is greater, so this requires the heat pipe can be equipped
with more media. High-frequency welded finned tube diameter is
generally 1.5 inches, 2 inches, 2.5 inches, etc., according to the
user's needs for processing, can reach 6 inches.
4. They are available in many models to meet the different needs of
a wide range of people as well as places. High-frequency welded
finned tubes have high heat dissipation efficiency, compact
structure, low thermal resistance, and certain energy-saving
properties, which can save a large amount of heating costs for the
user, with high economy.

Advantages of HFW Finned Tube
Easy to install, the length can reach 6 meters; easy maintenance,
no maintenance after installation; high power, heat dissipation
area is more than 8 times than the light tube, the internal is more
lubricated, the internal water flow resistance is small; long
service life, fins and tubes combined with high mechanical
strength, tensile strength of 200Mpa or more.
