Polyester soaping agent for one bath HTC

Brief information

Used for T/C fabric and its blended fabric, it’s no need reduction cleaning directly after polyester dyeing and only need cleaning with HTC. It can remove the flooding of disperse dyes and active dyes on the polyester and cotton fiber and improve the product capacity and shortening the technical progress.

Application

Polyester dyeing(not need reduction cleaning) →cotton dyeing→cleaning with HTC, cleaning progress as below:

1. Mile and dark color (disperse dyes dosage less than 3%)

HTC: 1-2g/L   85℃ one soaping

2. Darker color (disperse dyes dosage more than 3%)

HTC: 1-2g/L   85℃ twice soaping

Packing and storage

-- Packing:      125kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage:      Keep it under seal in cool and dry place, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
