High effective oil removal agent mainly use in oil removal and refining of polyester, nylon and other fibre. Also in bath with dyeing .

--With excellent emulsification and dispersion effect for oil removal of polyester and nylon.

Application

1. Oil removal and refining pretreatment for polyester and nylon

-- Dipping

H05: 1-3g/L

NaOH: 1-3g/L

Temperature: 80-100 degree centigrade

Time: 20mins


-- Oil removal and dyeing in bath.

H05: 1-2 g/L


--Directly add to high effective oil removal agent scouring and bleaching.(Best effect in alkali situation.)
