Properties and fields of application

-- Effectively remove the hydrogen which stay in fabrics before dyeing.

-- Totally convert hydrogen to oxygen and water, and prevent clastic broken effect from hydrogen to dye accordingly.

--Improve reproducibility, reduce vat and protect fibre and dye ,also include environment.

--Save water, energy and time, improve capacity.

Application

Usage: 0.05-0.1ml/l

Temperature: 30-65℃

PH: 5-6

Time: 10-20min

Process:

1. Drain after scouring and bleaching→washing→drain→inflow and neutralize acid→add deoxygenization enzyme RS→dyeing
2. Drain after scouring and bleaching→wash and neutralize acid→drain→inflow and add deoxygenization enzyme RS →dyeing
3. Drain after scouring and bleaching→wash and neutralize acid→add deoxygenization enzyme RS →dyeing （Nor suitable for cone yarn）

Notice: Please rinse your eyes with plenty of water if splashed into eyes or skin, and avoid breathing.

Packing and storage

-- Packing: 25 or 30 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry， 6 months in sealed container at 30℃。
