Q: If I don't know how to operate,how can I get installation and
training?
A: Our engineer can be distributed to overseas as you required.
We have an experienced in service group, our engineer can go to
your factory for installation and training approx.1 week. You have
to cover all the food, hotel and,flight ticket expense.
Q: If there is any problem on machine,how can I solve it?
A: First of all,we have online service,after submitting and problem
we will come up with solution,if you can solve it yourself we will
give you procedure step by step teach you solve it,by msg,
pic,voice,or video talk.Normally we are good at video talk,and it
is most successful method.If any electronic parts in problem which
is occured itself(not improper operation),within one year warranty

Warranty
The seller supply 18 months warranty for the products.
During this period, the seller will bear the cost for defective
parts arisen by quality and send the parts by
courier.

buyer, the seller will not supply free.
