Overview:

LINK-PP LPJE227-0CNLF 2x2 port RJ45 connector, offering 8p8c per port. This modular jack is shielded with top and side EMI tabs, ensuring enhanced electromagnetic interference performance. Compatible with RJSAE538004 stackable modular jacks, it supports Ethernet protocols. The connector is RoHS compliant, making it suitable for environmentally-conscious designs and applications requiring robust network connectivity.

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS

Unless otherwise specified, the material for each component shall be:

1. Insulator: Engineering thermoplastic, flammability rating UL 94V-0
2. Contacts: Phosphor Bronze hard temper with gold thickness options (6µ”, 15µ” 30µ”, 50µ”) over 50µ” minimum Nickel on contact mating area, 100µ” minimum matte Tin plating on soldering tail
3. Shield: Copper alloy with Tin finish tails
4. LED: Pure Tin plating on LED tail
