Introduction:
This series pipe welding rotators are used for assembly or fit-up
of long pipe or tank as wind tower, tank vessel, etc. Adjusting
roller UP and DOWN through oil cylinder to gain an accurate
alignment of two pipes, and then to weld. It works with
conventional type turning roll to realize the section to section
assembly by means of “1+1” mode or “1+n” mode (also called growing
line).
We also provide tailor-made pipe welding rotator according to your
special requirements.

- Composed by 1set welding rotator (work load limit 2000t for 1power
& 1 idler ) & 1set fit up rotator (work load limit
700t/idler)
Description:
- Composed by 1set 2000t welding rotator (1power &
1idler) & 1set 1400t fit up rotator (2idler).Total 1power
& 3idler.
- All idler rotators are with hydraulic lift cylinder.
- 1power & 1idler working load limit 2000t; The other 2idler
working load limit 700t/idler;
- Power rotator install motorized trolley. Traveling capacity
2000t;
- All idler rotator install idle trolley mobile on the rail;
- All the wheels are forged steel roller.

Feature:
- Power rotator is double-motor driven, the roller driver adopt
cycloidal planetary gear reducer.
- All idler with hydraulic liftable cylinder, effectively adjusting
the MP position, aligning the joint edge.
- Wheel material is special material forged steel suitable for heavy
duty work piece.
- With motorized trolley,able to take the monopile mobile along with
the rail. Realizing ground logistic to decrease the crane/hoist
using.
- The 2000T assembling rotator adjust the center distance
by reserved screw holes in order to adapt to diameter of work
piece.
