Safety work load limit 150t/pair(1drive&1idler) conventional welding roller bed with rail cars motorized traversing on the rail; 

Suitable for tube, pipe, tank, vessel, container, wind tower, & other revolving object welding production procedure;

The welding roller bed is including 1 drive rotator, 1idler rotator, control cabinet & wireless pendant controller. 

Roller center distance could be manually adjusted by reserved screw bolt, so as to suitable for various work piece diameter.

The wheel of the welding roller bed is 90 durable hardness with high stress polyurethane cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
