Brief introduction:

“Self-Centering Rotators” are an upgraded version of conventional Rotators that has a provision to slide the Roller in and out for adjusting the pitch distance between the rollers over the Base Frame equally in both directions through a lead screw arrangement having LH & RH Threads. The Lead screw mechanism can be equipped with Motorised option as well as a manual handle version.

Innovative conventional bolt adjustable pedestal & SAR roller bed combination suitable for large diameter range thin wall thickness tank/vessel/tower/pipe automatic welding;
 

Safety working load 300t/pair(1power & 1idler) with rubber wheel suitable for diameter range upto 7.5m.

• SAR type welding rotator is with more balance loading compare with 4pcs wheels of conventional welding turning rolls.

• For standard 300t work load capacity(1power & 1idler), each cradle with 2pcs wheels, total 8pcs .
   
• Polyurethane wheel protect the vessel surface from rotation mark, and also avoid slip during rotating.

• The bolt adjustable SAR welding turning roller bed can rotate vessel diameter range from 1000mm to 7500mm.
   
• Robust design with durable rollers.
   
• Cast steel gearbox with double worm gear arrangement for smooth operation and minimum backlash.
   
• Self aligned welding turning roller seat with cradle structure of 2wheels each. More contacting point with the turning roll job, effectively decrease the deformation situation. 
   
• Bolt adjusting pedestal step adjustable. By changing the cradle central distance, it could suitable for larger diameter tank compare with usual SAR welding rotators. 
   
• Power rotator wheels are driven with AC variable frequency drives and the motor providing a large range of rotation speeds
   
• Specially formulated high-load polyurethane tire design for high wear resistance.
   
• Solid state inverter for precise speed control.
   
• Hand-held operator pendants are standard, and optional foot switch controls are available.
