Brief introduction:

• Fixed conventional pipe welding rotator with 250t/pair work load limit (1power &1idler) suitable for diameter range 1000mm~6500mm tank turning roll. 
   
• Using for wind tower inner accessories installation procedure. Or longitudinal seam welding during refinery column/bullet tank/boiler production . 

Description:

• Composed by power rotator, idler rotator, electric control system, pendant controller. 
   
• There are 2unit wheel installed at each pedestal of the power /idler rotator. 
   
• Rotator pedestal with reserved bolt screw step adjusting the wheel center distance for diverse size work piece. 
   
• The wheels on power rotator are dual motor driven via gear box transmission. 
   
• Fixed pedestal on the ground. 
   
• Suitable for certain length work piece without need of adjusting power/idler rotator distance .

• Operation by wireless pendant controller. Wire controller with cable optional. Foot pedal is optional
