Conventional welding rotator with 200t working load limit per pair (1power & 1idler);
 

Motorized traversing on the rail;  Dilated rubber wheel suitable for heavy duty offshore wind tower.   

Description:

• 200t conventional welding rotator is composed by 1power roator, 1idler rotator, control cabinet & wireless pendant controller. 
   
• The power rotator is driven by two sets of heavy duty AC motor. Under pedestal, there is motorized traversing trolley installed. 
   
• The idler rotator has idle trolley installed under pedestal. 
   
• The conventional welding rotator wheel is designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress PU cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
   
• The operation is with a wilreless remote controller with interlocking reversing systems. wireless remote control range no less than 100m.
