load limit 700t/rotator; Suitable for MP size upto 10m;
Specially produced for offshore foundation fit up assembling
growing at dock area.
Description:
- Conventional welding roller bed with reserved screw on pedestal to
adjust wheel center distance fitting for diverse diameter MP
- 2000t monopile growing welding roller bed is composed by 1power
rotator & 3 idler rotator.
- Each idler rotator is with 2pcs hydraulic jacking wheels, via
hydraulic cylinder driven to push up/down the MP;
- With function of idler hydraulic jacking wheel, the monpile growing
welding roller bed could aligning the sections to complete the fit
up procedure.
- Power welding roller bed with motorized trolley. Idler growing
welding roller bed with idler trolley.
- With motorized trolley, it could mobile on the rail for MP
transporting along the rail.
- Extention funciton of linkage control with other equipments,
realize automatic welding of circumferential seam.
- Specially designed for offshore wind power industry, using for type
of offshore foundation.

- Production according with mechanical standard JB/T 9187-1999.
- Wheel material is 42CrMo fored steel roller, suitable for heavy
duty work piece.
- Special growing welding roller bed using for offshore foundation of
offshore windmill.

monopile general assembly/growing at dock area.
