• Pipe welding rotator with 5t load capacity(1power & 1idler) suitable for 500mm~2300mm diameter;

Pipe welding rotator description:

1. The heavy duty tyres are designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress rubber cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage
    
2. The DC electronic function or Inverter comes with a remote control panel / operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in excess of 60%.
    
3. Our set of pipe welding rotator consists of 2 parts: a motorized drive (power) unit & an idler supporting unit.
    
4. The power unit is driven by a heavy duty AC motor which is designed according to internationally proven specifications to ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.
