Tank roller rotator with 40t load capacity suitable for diameter 600mm~4200mm diverse size work piece; 

Mechanical anti-creep structure;

Detail description of tank roller rotator:

1. It is designed according to internationally proven specifications to ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.
    
2. Standard with 1 power rotator & 1 idler rotator, total load capacity 40ton.
    
3. The power unit is driven by a heavy duty AC motor.
    
4. The heavy duty wheels are designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress PU cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
    
5. The DC electronic function or inverter comes with a remote control panel / operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in excess of 60%.
    
6. Idler unit with anti creep fixture. The structure is simple but very effective.
    
7. Various models ranging from 5 tons to 500 ton capacity.
