Welding roller beds description:

• Composed by 1power bed & 1idler bed, totaly load capacity 60ton .
   
• The power bed is driven by a heavy duty AC motor which is designed according to internationally proven specifications to ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.
   
• Wheel center distance is motorized adjustable by lead screw. Self centering to adaptive for diverse diameter from 1m to 6.5m; 
   
• The heavy duty tyres are designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress rubber cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
   
• The DC electronic function or Inverter comes with a remote control panel / operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in excess of 60%.
