Brief introduction of rotary welding positioner production line:

• Composed by L type rotary weld positioner & horizontal rotary table. 
   
• L positioner is used to hold & overturn the top job upside down
   
• Horizontal rotary table is used to load the bottom job.  

Feature of rotary welding positioner :

1.  Horizontal table with movable trolley, easy for job loading & assembling with L positioner. 

2. L rotary weld positioner is liftable & with overturning function. 

3. Good strength & rigidity, ensure the whole structure accuracy. 

4. Worktable rotation is controlled by step-less frequency conversion to achieve a best welding speed .

5. Rotate unit is driven by motor. It has a precise speed-adjusting and reliable position.

6. Remote control box can realize the remote operation of work bench, also can connect with operating machines to realize linkage operation.

7. Set aside interface to realize linkage work with manipulator and hanging automatic welding machine achieve automatic welding center .

8. Used to pressure vessel, metallurgy, electrical power, chemical industry, mechanical and metal structure .

2.rotary welding positionercan tilting from 0° to 120°, rotation 360° via VFD control.

4.Controlled is remote-control box, optional is foot switch;

Rotary welding positioner description:

• Horizontal rotary table is mainly composed of worktable revolving unit, driving unit & traveling unit.
   
• L type rotary weld positioner is mainly composed by tip rotary unit, L arm overturning unit, L arm lifting unit, main frame & electric control system. 
   
• With L arm lifting, overturning and tip free rotating, it is mainly used to place the workpiece in the best position for welding and assembling.
   
• It can be used for various automatic or manual welding, butt welding or face welding of pipe, as well as welding of shafts, discs, barrel, etc.
   
• It has the advantages of compact volume, good appearance, light weight and easy operation.
   
• As robot peripherals, it can also work with robot to realize automatic welding .
   
• Special solution of independent demanding is available as per customer request.
