Product description:

• The fit up rotator mainly used for offshore wind tower, foundation, monopile fit up welding.
   
• Two hydraulic driven roller adjust the job position independently by lift up / down the roller. So it could adjust the tower displacement on vertical,horizontal or even inclined direction,so as to make the tower sections fit up.
   
• Fit up rotator usually is co working with moveable welding rotator composed as growing line for vessel growing. 
   
• It is the optimal equipment to increase production efficiency,insure production quality & decrease labor working intensity.

Main Technical Parameters

Feature:
 

• The fit up weld rotator is composed by two sets of roller mechanism installed on the same rotator base.Each roller mechanism has steel wheel roller.
   
• Roller base is made of welded plate,with feature of high strength to make sure no deformation in long period using span.
   
• Rotator base & boring is integrated process,so as to guarantee the roller rotating precision.
   
• Roller surface is steel wheel for heavy duty type work piece. 
   
• The completed structure is processed by temper destressing.It will be pre-treatment before painting, one layer of zinc rich primer,two layer of polyurethane finish.
