LH1810 Column boom
- Light duty auxiliary equipment for welding center.
- Welding manipulator can be adopted with various welding power
(Chinese or international famous brand) .
- Stretching of cross boom adapts AC inverter stepless speed control
and run with steady speed.
- Head equipped with electric cross slides, which can adjust position
of welding head.
- Anti-slip device in boom to guarantee safety.
- Braking device can ensure column work in safe environment.
- Customized manipulator requirements are accepted.
ZHBJ-06 Elevatable positioner
- Mainly composed of worktable rotating unit, tilting unit, lift up
attachment and electric control system .
- It has powered tilting and rotating, making the work-piece at ideal
position .
- Worktable rotation is controlled by step-less frequency conversion
to achieve a best welding speed .
- Rotate unit is driven by motor. It has a precise speed-adjusting
and reliable position.
- Remote control box can realize the remote operation of work bench,
also it connected with operating machines to linkage
operation.
- Set aside interface to realize linkage work with manipulator and
hanging automatic welding machine achieve automatic welding center
.
