Brief introduction of welding turning roll:

For LCL delivery, to protect the equipment from damage during long trip delivery, the equipment would be placed on steel rack & fixed properly.

Welding turning roll feature:

• Using cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear with dual motor driving mode.
• Roller center distance could be steplessly adjusted by lead screw, so as to suitable for different diameter job.
• There are 3 different types of rollers optional as per using condition requirement, say, PU roller, steel roller & conventional rubber roller.
• The roller is mainly used for the welding,polish rubber lining and assembly of cylindrical roller shell.
• It also can assembly and weld together with other tooling for the cone inequality diameter rotary.
