• Rotation driving adopts two motor synchronized driven on both rollers, make the moment balance & minimized job slipping.

Conventional welding rotator description:

1. The DC electronic function or Inverter comes with a remote control panel / operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in excess of 60%.
    
2. Our set of conventional welding rotator consists of 2 parts: a motorized drive (power) unit & an idler supporting unit.
    
3. The power unit is driven by a heavy duty AC motor which is designed according to internationally proven specifications to ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.
    
4. The heavy duty tyres are designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress rubber cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
    
5. Various models ranging from 2tons to 500 ton capacity, higher models are custom built upon request.
