Brief introduction: 

Welding roller bed is mainly used for pipe tank CS(circumferential seam) LS(longitudinal seam) welding.

Welding roller bed description:

• Capacity of welding roller bed is various by models ranging from 5 tons to 1200 ton.  higher models are custom built upon request.
   
• A motorized drive (power) unit & an idler supporting unit, 2 units consist of one set weldng roller bed.
   
• The power unit is driven by a heavy duty AC motor.It is designed according to internationally proven specifications to ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.
   
• The heavy duty tyres are designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress rubber cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
   
• The DC electronic function or Inverter comes with a remote control panel / operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in excess of 60%.

Feature of welding roller bed:

• Welding roller bed can adjust the center distance by reserved screw holes or lead screw in order to adapt to diameter of work piece.
   
• Double-motor driven, the roller driver adopt cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
   
• According to the customer’s requirements, the roller has three forms: sub-rubber tire roller, steel wheels, steel and plastic combination wheel.
   
• It can joint control with other equipments.
   
• The roller is mainly used for the welding and assembling of cylindrical roller shell. Also it can be used for cylindrical job polishing or painting.
   
• The welding roller bed is widely used in wind power, pressure vessel, petrochemical, pipeline, steel structure, boiler, shipbuilding, welding repair industry.
