Feature of conventional welding rotator:

1. The roller center distance of conventional welding rotator can be adjusted by lead screw. Different diameter of work piece is able to use on the same rotator.
    
2. The center distance of the roller also can be adjusted by reserved bolt holes.
    
3. One set conventional welding rotator is including one piece of power roller & one piece of idler roller.
    
4. Power roller adopts double motor driven. 
    
5. The power transmission adopts cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
    
6. According to the customer’s requirements, the roller has three forms: PU roller, steel wheels, steel and rubber combination wheel.
    
7. The application of conventional welding rotator is mainly used for the seam welding. Including longitudinal, circumferential seam.
    
8. It is widely used in wind power, pressure vessel, petrochemical, pipeline, steel structure, boiler, shipbuilding, welding repair industry.
