Metal manufacturing center, CNC machine, high pressure perforating machine, digital cutting and bending machine to guarantee the accuracy of the accessories.

Robot welding, robot welding to get uniform seam and minimize the mistake of manual welding, quality can be easily achieved from robot welding.

Treatment line, advanced and digital controlled treatment and powder coating two-in-one line is adopted to get perfect finishing, which will extend and lifespan of the products maximum.

Streamline assembly, each worker will focus on a certain assembly, this minimize the possibility of negligence and improve the efficiency.

 

 

2.Product Test

Loading capacity test, each electric bed will be tested according to standard IEC60601-2-52, so loading capacity can be examined with movement also.

Electric system test, each electric bed will be tested for wire connection, this will eliminate the possibility of wrong wiring, programme mistake etc..

One by one inspection, each produced will be operated one by one by our QC according to standard of ISO13485, all movement will be operated to provide a final perfect products for our clients.
