1.Facility And Machinery

Plastic injection, we equip ourselves the top brand machine to control the process from the beginning to enhance the best finishing, parts stability etc.

Various moulding, we keep developing new design with continuous investment for new shape, customized design to make sure our clients get competition from market.

Metal manufacturing center, CNC machine, high pressure perforating machine, digital cutting and bending machine to guarantee the accuracy of the accessories.

Robot welding, robot welding to get uniform seam and minimize the mistake of manual welding, quality can be easily achieved from robot welding.

Treatment line, advanced and digital controlled treatment and powder coating two-in-one line is adopted to get perfect finishing, which will extend and lifespan of the products maximum.

Streamline assembly, each worker will focus on a certain assembly, this minimize the possibility of negligence and improve the efficiency.

2.Product Test

Loading capacity test, each electric bed will be tested according to standard IEC60601-2-52, so loading capacity can be examined with movement also.

Electric system test, each electric bed will be tested for wire connection, this will eliminate the possibility of wrong wiring, programme mistake etc..

One by one inspection, each produced will be operated one by one by our QC according to standard of ISO13485, all movement will be operated to provide a final perfect products for our clients.

Every year we attend to several exhibitions overseas and absorb advanced technical into our design.

We have 5 skilled engineers with more than 8 years working experiences. Each improvement of our products are tested in laboratory and clinic before mass production. For example, we will make design of some special patient bed for better care to appeal to the requirements of some elderly and disabled  people, to make some special design on the side rails, as well as the control panel for patients or nursing staff. Also we will develop some new series of products, for example, electric surgical operation table with control inner corporated on the side of operation table, so that it is easy to be used by the anesthesia staff. Customerized and professional study and research ensure our team success in the market.

We have nearly 200 workers for production. Our R&D team is organized by 8 engineers, who are responsible for designing and developing new models of hospital furniture; while we attach much importance on quality control, and our QC department is composed of 15 people, who are responsible for quality control during every steps of production.
