Automatic viscous liquid filling machine cream filling capping machine Introduction This automatic filling and capping machine is designed for small-volume cosmetic and viscous liquid packaging, combining quantitative filling, bottle positioning, capping and finished-product discharge in one compact system. The machine adopts a servo piston filling system to provide stable and adjustable dosing for products with different flow characteristics. It is suitable for both low- and high-viscosity materials such as lotion, nourishing cream, emulsion, shampoo, toner and cosmetic liquids. With a standard 5–250ml filling range and production speed of approximately 20–30 bottles/min, the machine is well suited for cosmetic manufacturers producing multiple bottle sizes or formulas. The filling components are designed for convenient disassembly and adjustment, helping shorten product and bottle changeover. Scope of application: Suitable for filling & capping high/low viscosity product with
