OverviewThe Soybean Meal Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer Grain Processing
Drying Machine is a ZLG series vibrating fluidized bed dryer
engineered for continuous drying and cooling of powdery and
granular materials. By combining the excitation force of a
vibratory motor with an upward hot-air stream, it keeps the
material in a uniform fluidized state so that every particle is
exposed to the hot air at the same time. This makes it especially
suitable for soybean meal, where even drying and gentle handling
directly protect product quality and yield.
Working PrincipleFresh air is filtered through an air filter and then sent to the
heating device by a blower. Hot air is blown upwards from the
bottom of the main unit through a perforated plate. The vibrating
fluidized bed dryer relies on a vibrating motor to generate
excitation force, causing the material to move towards the
discharge end in a jumping motion on the perforated plate. At this
time, the hot air passes through the plate and makes full contact
with the particles, quickly completing the evaporation of moisture.
The dried material is continuously discharged from the discharge
end of the main unit and the cyclone dust collector. The exhaust
gas is filtered by a bag filter to collect fine powder, and the
waste gas is discharged into the atmosphere by an induced draft
fan.
ApplicationsIt is suitable for drying and cooling powdery and granular
materials in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food,
dehydrated vegetables, grain and mining. Typical applications
include citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate,
compound fertilizer, shredded radish, soybean meal, distiller's
grains, seeds, slag and sugar. This model is particularly well
suited to soybean meal, distiller's grains and other grain
processing materials.
