Questions and Answers:
Question:How does the vest go on the dog? Is there Velcro or zipper?
Answer:It is a very tight fit. If your dog usually takes a medium go for the larger size. It does not have a velcro or zipper; it has to be placed over their head. I love the quality of the vest; the material and its warmth, but was not happy it does not have velcro or zipper. I would not purchase it again because it is difficult to put on my dog.

Question:My dog is about 10-15 pounds, has a neck of 11 (13in) and a chest of 17 (19in.) what size should i get her? i bought the xl but it was too big.
Answer:I got a medium for my 12lb dog and it fits perfectly; 11.5 in neck, 17 in chest. According to the size chart he should have been xl, but our bigger dog has xl and the little guy was swimming in it. 

Question:Will XL be ok for 26 lb French bulldog?
Answer:I don't know. My Westie weighs about 14 1/2 - 15 lbs. and the Lg fit her. Other buyers said it runs small and if in doubt, to order up. The guide that came with the vest says XL fits 20 - 25 lbs. and is suited for Dachshund, Welch Corgi, Beagle, Mini Schnauzer and Boston Terrier. I would go more with the measurements.
