8. What if I do not have a designer to create the artwork? Can you help me with the design? Yes. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance on the design.
9. What is the delivery time? 1-4 days by international express. 7-10 days by air and 30 days around by the ocean.
10. How can you make sure the final printing meets my requirements? We will proofread your design in advance and send you final version for confirmation before the bulk production.
11. How can you assure the quality of your products? We use high-quality food-grade raw materials for production, which are safe to pack food and beverage, etc.
12. How can I pack my products by using your packaging? We will leave the top or the bottom of the bag/pouch open, you could heat seal it after packing your products.
13. What is the payment term? 100% in advance for orders less than USD10000 30% deposit and 70% balance for orders over USD10000
